Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een architectenbureau in Eindhoven en ontwerpen functionele en mensgerichte gebouwen die zo lang en divers mogelijk te gebruiken zijn. Het liefst in open dialoog met alle betrokken gedurende het gehele proces. Dit noemen we BEDENKKRACHT, omdat we overtuigd zijn dat we juist samen fijne woon-, werk- en leefomgevingen voor de wereld van morgen maken.

Vanuit de oudste boerderij van Eindhoven, die we onlangs zelf hebben getransformeerd, werken we met een toegewijd team. Dit team bestaat uit zo’n 30 ontwerpers, architecten, bouwkundigen, BIM-modelleurs en doordenkers. Daar waar de vraagt speelt combineren we verschillende manier van denken en zijn we continu op zoek naar innovatieve en maakbare projecten. Van woongebouwen en zorgterreinen tot werkomgevingen en logistieke centra. Vaak vanaf het allereerste idee tot aan de details bij de oplevering.

Dit ben jij!

Jij bent zelfstandig, nieuwsgierig en krijgt energie van ruimtelijke vraagstukken. Jouw software-skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator en InDesign) zijn goed. Daarnaast kan je niet wachten om met jouw BEDENKKRACHT aan de slag te gaan.

Hoe ziet een stage bij Pauwert eruit?
  • Je draait mee in een toegewijd team van ervaren en jonge architecten en BIM-modelleurs.
  • Je werkt in teamverband aan variërende en uitdagende projecten, vanuit de oudste boerderij van Eindhoven.
  • Je ontvangt stagevergoeding conform Architecten CAO.
  • Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar voor een periode van 5 maanden, binnen één van de volgende periodes: januari t/m juli 2026, september 2026 t/m januari 2027 of januari t/m juli 2027.

Who are we?

We are an architectural firm in Eindhoven that designs functional and people-oriented buildings that can be used for as long and as diversely as possible. We prefer to do this in open dialogue with all parties involved throughout the entire process. We call this ‘BEDENKKRACHT’, a Dutch compound word existing of the words ‘bedenken’ (to think) and ‘kracht’ (power). We are convinced that it is precisely by working together that we can create pleasant living, working, and living environments for tomorrow’s world.

We work with a dedicated team from the oldest farm in Eindhoven, which we recently transformed ourselves. This team consists of around 30 designers, architects, structural engineers, BIM modelers, and thinkers. We combine different ways of thinking and are constantly looking for innovative and feasible projects. From residential buildings and healthcare facilities to work environments and logistics centers. Often from the very first idea to the technical details.

This is you

You are independent, curious, and energized by spatial issues. You have good software skills (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). In addition, you can’t wait to get started with your ’BEDENKKRACHT’.

What does an internship at Pauwert look like?
  • You will be part of a dedicated team of experienced and young architects and BIM modelers.
  • You will work in a team on varied and challenging projects, based in the oldest farm in Eindhoven.
  • You will receive an internship allowance in accordance with the Architecten CAO (Collective Labor Agreement for Architects).
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week for a period of 5 months, within one of the following periods: January to July 2026, September 2026 to January 2027, or January to July 2027.
